The Ghosts are an order of vigilantes, a force created to maintain  balance in the universe. The ghost society passes the mantle from  generation to generation and operates in districts. 17-year-old Daffiny  Luna ends up becoming the new Blue Ghost when he meets Fox Torres, the  old ghost of his district, in a situation where he can no longer use his  powers, he ends up transferring the spectral powers to Daffiny.
